ORGANIZATION

Generally speaking, people tend to be either predominantly organized or predominantly disorganized. When it comes to attracting money with mind power, this distinction can make all the difference. “Organization” is the title of the thirteenth chapter of the book. Consider this quote I use to open that chapter:

If you wish to be rich, you must be orderly. All men with great wealth are orderly—and order is Heaven’s first law.

Organization is an important consideration regarding attracting money. One reason for this is that attracting money is largely about mind power, and mind power is largely about organization. To effectively use mind power to attract money, we must organize our thoughts in quite specific ways.

So we may best organize our thoughts in the ways that will be supportive of our efforts to attract money, we must organize our environments and our affairs in line with the inner order we seek.

Organizing has a lot to do with harmony. We are seeking to harmonize our thoughts, feelings, actions, and environments in ways that will allow us to govern the flow of universal energy as it affects the ebb and flow of money. We are seeking to harmonize our inner and outer conditions so we may create the financial circumstances we have determined we want.

Concerning outer environment specifically, you know your thoughts affect your environment and your environment affects your thoughts. So, knowing this, you can understand how important it is for you to cultivate order in your outer environment.

Maintaining order requires you to be efficient and focused, and it also helps you to be efficient and focused. As a rule, the more orderly you are the more productive you’ll be able to be. There is vast power in focus, and focus is order and organization in action.

One foundational way in which to organize your life is to simplify it. This is largely a process of prioritization. You determine what is important and what is not—what will move you closer to the realization of your financial goals and what will lessen your ability to move closer to the realization of your financial goals.

In considering the processes of simplification and prioritization, less is often more. Simplifying and prioritizing are about getting to the point and letting go of things that are not to the point—at least for now. The more things we can get out of the way—the fewer things we have to contend with right now—the better.

Much of the organizing process is about plain common sense. In your home, go through your stuff. That means your clothes and furnishings and tools and paperwork—you name it. Get rid of what you don’t use or want or need. Organize what is left.

It’s just as important for you to organize your activities, and one way to do this is to be more selective about what commitments you make and about how you spend your valuable time.

If you don’t already do so, consider using daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly to-do lists.
